Cushing Patoka NYMEX Interchange

Out of over 2000 total tanks, located at more than 60 terminals with close to 100 million barrels of storage, details are provided for over 1500 tanks.

The Clean Air Act requirement for lower sulfur distillate fuels significantly changed the refining, logistics and distribution system over the last few years.
